    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By engaging Eagle Home Appraisal for appraisal services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services Provided

    Eagle Home Appraisal provides professional real estate appraisal services in Milpitas, CAand surrounding areas. Our services include estate appraisals, probate valuations, divorce appraisals, IRS step-up appraisals, and residential property appraisals.

    3. Appraisal Standards

    All appraisals are conducted in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and applicable state regulations. Our appraisers are state-certified and maintain all required licenses and certifications.

    4. Fees and Payment

    Appraisal fees are quoted prior to the engagement and are based on property type, complexity, and turnaround time requirements. Payment is due upon delivery of the appraisal report unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made after the property inspection has been scheduled may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the appraisal service. We are not liable for decisions made based on the appraisal report or for any consequential damages.
